If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return policy period of 14 days. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product and its condition.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return if the reason is “No longer needed”.

If the return period has expired, the return request cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

If a product is returned in inadequate or damaged condition, Dotpoint reserves the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.

Warranty Information
Some products sold by Dotpoint come with an extended warranty period.
If your item includes a longer warranty, the warranty duration will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Warranty claims made after the return period will be handled according to the specific warranty terms provided for that product.
